2017 is almost over, and that means it’s time to talk about dental insurance. Most dental plans don’t let the benefits roll over into the next year if they go unused. If you haven’t yet taken advantage of all your benefits, then now is the time to do so!

Is Your Coverage Compatible?

We accept most major insurance policies, and are in network with quite a few different companies. METLIFE, HEALTHCHOICE, DELTA DENTAL, BC/BS, CIGNA, AETNA (just to name a few). To find out if we accept your insurance policy please give us a call and we can do a complimentary benefits check. We have a fantastic Insurance Coordinator here that would be happy to help you with your needs, just ask for Lindsey when you call.

Commonly Covered Procedures

Cleanings, Exams, X-rays, Fillings, Crowns/Bridges, Root Canals, Extractions, Dentures, Partials are all commonly covered by a percentage with most insurance policies. Implants can be tricky when it comes to insurance. Some insurance policies cover them at a percentage with limitations and then some do not cover them at all.

What To Do Before The Year Ends

If you are needing a crown or bridge and you are wanting to use your insurance benefits this year you should schedule your treatment before December 11, 2017. After that date there is a possibility that we may have to file your treatment for 2018.

December is a busy time for us and appointments may be limited. Please call as soon as you can to schedule your treatment and even cleanings.

We Can’t Wait To See You!

We’re always looking out for our patients and want to make sure you’re taking the fullest advantage of your benefits! If you have any questions regarding dental insurance, stop by or call us today and we can help!
